Proposal for the new building of the Ein Kenya Council, combining a hall and a multi-purpose building for the public service of Ein Kenya and the visitors.

The 1,800-square-meter construction area, designed on two floors above the visitors' spear.

The design reveals the spectacular view from all parts of the building, creating a pleasant experience in the approaches to it and especially from the convergence ramp to the second floor to the multi-purpose floor courtyard.

The council floor and the auditorium floor are connected vertically directly to the floors to an underground floor that includes functions for an emergency situation, an operations center and a saline warehouse that provide an emergency response.
